Always take a long time to receive the cashback. Took over the expected time and I wasn't able to lodge a claim. The % of cashback is worth the wait though!

The transaction tracked at a lower rate than what was offered - this issue has still not been resolved and I am awaiting resolution through customer care ticket procedure

A special Topcashback offer was for 12%, I received the standard 3% and despite a claim have had no success. I won't be fooled by Hotels.com offers in the future.
