A welcome bonus
The cashback tracked about 20 minutes after I booked our airport transfers with Holiday Extras. I have used Holiday Extra for years and have never had any problems. They keep you updated and have always been there on time for us. The cashback is a welcome bonus when booking things like transfers and I'll use the money for a cocktail or two on holiday!

Not tracked and bad service
Booked an executive saloon transfer and got a Transit Crew Bus. The Customer Service approach was T&C say the contractor can change the vehicle as required, but this was not even close to what was ordered. Worse - the cashback didn't track. Would not use them again
