Why can’t I view my claims or support tickets on the app?

Unfortunately, we don't have our Customer Service area within the app. However, you can visit the mobile site page via the app More menu:
More > My Account > Customer Service.

Alternatively, you can visit the Customer Service area on the website to view any open claims or support tickets, or to send us a new ticket.
