Here are the answers to some questions you may have about buying gift cards and earning cashback with TopGiftCards.
What is TopGiftCards?
TopGiftCards lets you buy gift cards for a range of retailers while earning cashback.
For example: If you purchase a £20 gift card with a brand offering 5% cashback, you'll get £1 cashback in your earnings. We’ll also make it payable as soon as it hits your account!
How does TopGiftCards work?
When you purchase from TopGiftCards, the gift card is sent to the email address used at checkout.
Most arrive in your inbox within minutes. In rare cases, extra checks may be needed. These are usually sorted within 12 hours (or 48 hours on weekends).
The email will have a link that says ‘View gift card’. Click it and follow the steps to ‘Claim your gift card’. This will also show the card’s expiry date.
Once your gift card code arrives, your cashback should appear in your earnings within an hour, and you'll be able to payout right away.
Where can I use a gift card I buy from TopGiftCards?
We'll show you whether a gift card can be used in-store, online or both.
When you select a gift card, you'll be able to see its Terms of Use and instructions for redeeming it before you buy.
You can also find these details on the gift card page at the bottom of the screen when claiming your card.
What if I’m having trouble using my gift card?
If you can, try contacting the retailer directly, whether in person, online or by phone, as this can often lead to a quicker fix.

How long are TopGiftCards valid for?
Gift card expiry dates vary by retailer. You can find the details in the ‘Terms of Use’ on the gift card page.
When you open the link to redeem your card, the expiry date will be shown. We recommend noting it down so you can use your gift card before it expires.
When will I receive my cashback with TopGiftCards?
Once the gift card’s been sent to you, cashback should appear in your earnings within one hour. The cashback can be pay out as soon as it hits your account.

What payment methods can I use with TopGiftCards?
TopGiftCards supports Visa and Mastercard. If you're buying on mobile, you can also use Apple Pay and Google Pay.
If I buy from TopGiftCards, can I cancel my gift card purchase and get a refund?
As gift card purchases are final, we’re unable to offer a refund once you’ve made your purchase.
What happens if a retailer on TopGiftCards goes into administration?
If a retailer enters Administration, your gift card may no longer be valid. You'll need to speak to the company's administrators for further information.
