I wasn't logged in to my account when I made my transaction - is there anything I can do?

To earn cashback, you must be logged in to your account before completing your purchase online.

If you forget to log in, there won't be a record confirming your purchase was made through TopCashback. We won't receive any commission from your click, so you won't get cashback.

If you are logged in to your friend or family member's account by mistake, the purchase will track to their account. If you want this purchase on your account, we can transfer this if your friend or family member contacts us confirming they want to move the cashback from their account over to yours. We need their consent as the purchase has tracked on their account.
