If you're not logged in, a drop down will appear asking you to "Join or log in".
Click it and a new window will open where you can log in.
If the dropdown doesn't appear, you can check if your logged in by doing the following:
- Click the puzzle icon at the top right of your Chrome browser
- Find the Topcashback hummingbird icon
- Click it and it should prompt you to sign in
