Both my purchase price and cashback have been reported as lower than expected. Why?

Some retailers calculate cashback excluding VAT and delivery. This may result in a lower purchase amount and hence lower cashback.

This is often stated in a retailer's T&Cs, but some do not always provide this. You can let us know if this hasn't been stated in terms, so we can amend this.

If your cashback is much lower and it isn't based on VAT or delivery, you can submit an incorrect claim.
