Is Pending at Zero so Jury still out regarding CashBack. As for the rest - Excellent Prices and Customer Service - Nice Website with Account details and the Products come in a postable form not silly containers with full details of the Contents - Unlike Simply Suppliments who may be cheaper but I suspect there products as Duds!!

The goalposts were moved after my purchase was made and now cashback is available to new customers only and my confirmed cashback is no longer payable.
I've now transferred from being an 'old' Healthspan customer to being an ex customer. 'Bye Healthspan and Hello again Simply Supplements !

This tracket quickly after purchase, as soon as it come payable it went to 00.00. Not impressed, put a ticket in and I dont need this hassle. Doubt I will use them again as no need to decline, I never returned goods.

I had to give this terrible 'company' 5 stars just so people could read this, if you want to wait near on a year for your cashback then by all means use these people, I have sent 8 nudges to TCB and still no sign of any response from Healthspan. Pathetic company. Do no waste your time.

Cashback is only available for new customers. Since the company changed hands, their prices have risen and they have withdrawn regular cashback. If I can obtain the products elsewhere (at good quality but less costly) I will do so, as the products I buy regularly are expensive.

I had used this company before, so not strictly new customer, but certainly had never obtained cashback before. It tracked, all the same, and became payable. Happy!

this merchant really seems to have gone downhill. prices have gone through the roof and delivery times have slowed considerably. have 2 transactions from february and am still awaiting payment. have contacted tcb but would have thought tcb would be monitoring payments or lack of. disappointing all round.

I like this site and its products but my cashback has still not been paid, despite tracking in Feb and supposedly being payable in April. There is also no stat for average payout times so I assume this is happening to most people? TCB you should not advertise for this company if they don't keep their end of the bargain.

I can't yet comment on cashback success as it's still pending, however, I'm not too impressed with retailer. I had to wait nearly 2 weeks for delivery, and was given incorrect information as to why the delivery was delayed. If they do this again, I won't use them again.
