	Tracked and stayed at £0.00, still showing as £0.00 after 9 months, so cannot recommend. Prices of their supplements are MUCH more than other sites, so shop around before you buy from healthspan. I did, and would ever shop with them again. Also, read the reviews on their MANY price increases, lowering of active content in many of their formulas, complaints about less effectiveness of weaker products, THR Herbal Medicines OUTRAGEOUS price increases, excuses given for this etc. NOT fair.

	Well after about 100 days (the number of days after which you cant make a claim) my cashback suddenly went to zero for this company. Not impressed.

	Cashback is only available for new customers. Since the company changed hands, their prices have risen and they have withdrawn regular cashback. If I can obtain the products elsewhere (at good quality but less costly) I will do so, as the products I buy regularly are expensive.

	If you're willing to wait forever for cashback then Healthspan may be ok. It is now nearing the end of July 2012 and I still haven't received cashback earned in January.

	I like this site and its products but my cashback has still not been paid, despite tracking in Feb and supposedly being payable in April. There is also no stat for average payout times so I assume this is happening to most people? TCB you should not advertise for this company if they don't keep their end of the bargain.

	I can't yet comment on cashback success as it's still pending, however, I'm not too impressed with retailer. I had to wait nearly 2 weeks for delivery, and was given incorrect information as to why the delivery was delayed. If they do this again, I won't use them again.

	2 out of 2 DECLINED cashback I have stuck to their terms and both cashback claims have been declined. Disgusting behaviour. If they're not willing to pay, then they should get off this site.

	I would recommend AVOIDING this merchant. They never paid the cashback that was due to me even though I had placed the order correctly and Top Cash Back had recorded my visit. I will NEVER be placing any new orders with this merchant - a waste of time!

	I was a first time customer so was eligible for the cashback. I placed an order for Plant Sterols to take away with me for an extended winter holiday about three weeks before I was due to leave the country. Although the cashback had tracked I heard nothing for nearly two weeks and then received an email from Healthspan saying that there had been a problem on their system with my order and I would have to resubmit it by phone. When I rang them and explained that I now needed the order filled quickly as I would soon be leaving the country they insisted that I paid an extra £18 for express delivery! Obviously I refused as it was their mistake and after escalating up two tiers of management they finally agreed to waive the express delivery charge. The products arrived 48 hours later and appear to be good quality. However, surprise surprise the cashback was never paid. I did raise the issue with topcashback but they have been unable to get Healthspan to pay up. Overall, customer service was non-existent from this company and I had to fight for them to put things right from the outset. Very poor and I advise against using them if you can find the same products elsewhere. It's probably worth paying a little more for customer service. And in all likelihood you won't get your cashback anyway. This is the only negative experience I have ever had using topcashback.

	The goalposts were moved after my purchase was made and now cashback is available to new customers only and my confirmed cashback is no longer payable. I've now transferred from being an 'old' Healthspan customer to being an ex customer. 'Bye Healthspan and Hello again Simply Supplements !

	I made a purchase back in January! Still not tracked! You could not make it up! why are these retailers on this site if they are never willing to give away a few pounds from their huge profits. Disgusting, never again.

	this merchant really seems to have gone downhill. prices have gone through the roof and delivery times have slowed considerably. have 2 transactions from february and am still awaiting payment. have contacted tcb but would have thought tcb would be monitoring payments or lack of. disappointing all round.

	Bought from this merchant on 27 Jan 2012. Still waiting for cashback, despite assistance of Topcashback. No point in offering headline catching cashback rates if they are not honoured.
