Tracked and stayed at £0.00, still showing as £0.00 after 9 months, so cannot recommend. Prices of their supplements are MUCH more than other sites, so shop around before you buy from healthspan. I did, and would ever shop with them again. Also, read the reviews on their MANY price increases, lowering of active content in many of their formulas, complaints about less effectiveness of weaker products, THR Herbal Medicines OUTRAGEOUS price increases, excuses given for this etc. NOT fair.

This Time it tracked Instantly so all is back to Full marks for these Guys - So glad about this because the rest of the Service and Products are First Class (The Cashback is just an extra bonus anyway but its the principle that counts when Cashback is offered and not fullfilled)

I was delighted when these Guys started paying Cashback for repeat orders but alas it did not track and had to put a ticket in so am now on the waiting list! Of course this could be a tech fault or otherwise
I will make one more order and if the same happens I will be taking my custom elsewhere regardless of how good the products and prices are etc
I put the failure of not applying cashback down to poor Customer Service and perhaps dishonesty which certainly applies to countless of Companies using this System and I will not tolerate it regardless of the rest of there products or service history

I would recommend AVOIDING this merchant. They never paid the cashback that was due to me even though I had placed the order correctly and Top Cash Back had recorded my visit. I will NEVER be placing any new orders with this merchant - a waste of time!

I was a first time customer so was eligible for the cashback. I placed an order for Plant Sterols to take away with me for an extended winter holiday about three weeks before I was due to leave the country. Although the cashback had tracked I heard nothing for nearly two weeks and then received an email from Healthspan saying that there had been a problem on their system with my order and I would have to resubmit it by phone. When I rang them and explained that I now needed the order filled quickly as I would soon be leaving the country they insisted that I paid an extra £18 for express delivery! Obviously I refused as it was their mistake and after escalating up two tiers of management they finally agreed to waive the express delivery charge. The products arrived 48 hours later and appear to be good quality. However, surprise surprise the cashback was never paid. I did raise the issue with topcashback but they have been unable to get Healthspan to pay up. Overall, customer service was non-existent from this company and I had to fight for them to put things right from the outset. Very poor and I advise against using them if you can find the same products elsewhere. It's probably worth paying a little more for customer service. And in all likelihood you won't get your cashback anyway. This is the only negative experience I have ever had using topcashback.
