Don't bother, they don't pay unless you claim.
I'd put zero stars if that was an option. Every time I've ordered via TCB, I've had to put in a claim for the refused cashback. It's only small amounts each time, but it's the principle! They do pay out once a claim is submitted, but I agree with other comments, they shouldn't be on TCB. Annoying!

I have stuck to their terms and both cashback claims have been declined. Disgusting behaviour. If they're not willing to pay, then they should get off this site.
