The H Samuel website comes in for particular praise in reviews left by TopCashback customers. One member describes the online service provided as “brilliant”, mentioning the quick ordering process and the great photos of the items which are provided on the website, while as well as the fact that online ordering seems to be straightforward, their “prompt delivery”, “beautiful gift wrapping” and “very friendly and helpful staff” are also reasons why customers have chosen to leave positive feedback.

One happy customer describes H Samuel as being “faster than most other merchants I’ve had cashback from”, while others highlight the fact they received their cashback quickly, with “very prompt in paying cashback” and “tracked almost right away” typical of feedback. One member even describes it as “such a great way to make money whilst spending money”.

Customers who have provided a positive review on Trustpilot, where they have a one-star overall rating, praise H Samuel for their customer service and the Click & Collect option they provide. One customer says a member of staff they dealt with went “above and beyond” after they contacted customer service, while another reviewer explains how that, when she discovered a wedding ring she had bought two days earlier had been reduced, the issue was quickly resolved.

“Fantastic customer service and a faultless transaction overall” is how one person describes their experience, while another explains how they ordered online four times and each time got the order sent direct to the store without any issues.

	Once again, even after my transaction 'tracked' on the topcashback website, the retailer has not honoured it. Avoid at all costs, unless the cashback is not important to you. Other companies get it right, but not this one !!!

	Very disappointed. Have been waiting with excitement for my cash back after specifically choosing H Samuel for all my jewellery purchases but they are NOT PAYING OUT.

	H Samuel offer high rates of cashback but you will not receive them. It may well track but will then just be declined nearer the time of payment.

	Made a purchase in january for 200pounds, although cash back was expected in 4 weeks i am only now receiving my cash back, mid april. Slow process but at least i got there in the end. Hope everyone still waiting gets the cash back too.

	Bit ironic, just had an email from TCB advertising increased cashback from H. Samuel. It doesn't matter if they offer 100% cashback, they don't pay out - so you get £0.00. Been waiting since 8th Nov for almost £50. I suggest if cashback is the incentive to use H. Samuel you will be very disappointed - just look at all the recent reviews. As they are reputedly so poor at paying, why do TCB promote them?

	No problem with the product or registering for cashback, however the average time for payment states 4 weeks, it's now nearly 14 weeks and I'm still waiting.

	Hallo I tried 3 times to place an order for H Samuel through your site. It failed at the last stage after I had given my creditcard details and I was advised that my credit card company declined authorisation. I got on the telephone immediately to sort out and was told the transaction had not even gone through their banking service! Can you explain what happened as I had to purchase the items direct from H Samuel website?

	My cashback did not track and eventually after nearly 10 months, H Samuel have gone back to topcashback and said it has been paid to another referrer, such as a search engine. I research my purchases through seach engines sometimes, but always go back and click through topcashback to actually make the purchase. I did not clear cookies before the purchase and this is apparently where the problem may lie.

	I purchased a couple of very expensive rings online but when I went to collect them, they had been made in the wrong size. They corrected this but then I didn't receive any cash back because they said that they transaction was invalid due to a change in the purchase. I found this very rude as they made the mistake, they never replied to the cash back claim so I lost out on about £80

	Letter sent to HS today - 11/02/2011. Watch this space. Dear HS, I purchased a Classic Silver Amethyst and Pearl Necklace - Item Number: 6811477 in July 2010 via your online store. I used a cashback website called Topcashback to access your online store where it was claimed your would offer me cashback on my purchase. To date I have not received this promised cashback and there are lots of other HS Customers who have left very negative comments about HS on the TCB website. If HS do not intend to honour the claimed 12 +% cashback then can I suggest they withdraw this claim from the TCB and another cashback site? Alternatively if HS are paying out this cashback to an intermediary then I suggest there is fraudulent activity ocurring because that intermediary is keeping the cashback for themselves. I would like you to supply me with the contact details of your chief executive and marketing director please so that I can raise this matter with them. Regards, Alan Meredith

	Exactly the same as tinkerbell, I should have had £3:50 cashback from H Samuel and they have again not honoured it...Again they claim it was paid out to another website and I have been told there is no chance of tracing it and reclaiming what I am owed. I too think it is disgusting and I would certainly not recommend them in any way. I intend to harrass their customer services director to see what he / she has got to say about this and I recommend others do the same. Why do tcb allow such scammers on their website?

	Hi there, I'd just like to clarify that there will unfortunately be instances whereby your expected cashback may be attributed to another referrer or marketing channel besides Top CashBack. This is the most common reason as to why cashback may not track to your account, or why it may subsequently go on to be declined and this can potentially happen for any merchant that we feature. We are currently discussing ways in which the missing cashback claim process can be improved for this merchant as we understand that the current statistics are not at an acceptable level. 	Should have had £213 cashback from H Samuel and they have not honoured it...They claim it was paid out to another website and I have been told there is no chance of tracing it and reclaiming what I am owed. Think it is disgusting and I would certainly not recommend them in any way.
