Do not trust this retailer, it advertised ten pounds for new customers signing up that day, I signed up and made a purchase going through Topcash, but it did not show up on my account so Topcas contacted them and was told they had no record of my purchase, even though I provided them with a copy of the email showing the ten pound offer for signing up and my order no. and account ID. I shall not be ordering from this merchant again. I did purchase other items from this merchant until I discovered they had not paid me for my initial purchse. If they advertise this 'sign up offer' again, BEWARE.

I made a purchase as part of a topcashback £10 cashback offer. I followed the rules, it didn't track, I put in a missing claim, few weeks later it was declined stating sale not found. I gave every code there was in the purchase..I don't seem to be the only one, seems to be laziness on groupon's part.
