i made a purchase through Groupon as part of a Topcashback £10 cashback offer. It didn't track so I had to manually submit my claim. After a few weeks it's been declined as they can't find the sale even though I supplied the confirmation code from Groupon. I've never had problems before and this was the first (and last) time that I shall use Groupon with Topcashback.

Dishonest Merchant. I made purchase as by all rules, didnt track, put in a missing cb claim, declined stating sale not found. I gave all details, groupon codes, security codes. Would never trust this merchant again. Scammers!

It's easy to earn an amount but not easy to earn the ammount offered. It seems you need to accept that the initial payout figure will always be different to what you were expecting. You then have to fight to get this corrected.
