Not great! This is the 2nd time Ive had to lodge a missing claim with this company. On this occassion I eventually got some cashback although was less than originally stated.

Purchased over £40 of magazine subscription in the usual way but cashback did not track and retailer declined cashback after a dispute opened. Very poor wont be using again :(

purchased magazine 18 december no cashback tracked so opened up missing claim now 12 july and no cash back allowed apparently went through another merchant and also with magazine was supposed to get a free gift after 28 days.
4 phone calls 5 emails and 4 months later got a free gift which was nothing like i was supposed to get and actually not worth having will definitely not be renewing next year.

Never tracked and had to open up a case, topcashback came back with standard script that cashback refused due to another entity being last referrer, next time clear cookies etc...
Basically not true, and I will not be using Great Magazines again because of this and where possible will use other cashback sites.

Used them and got a low level of cashback, so placed a larger order with a larger cashback amount which they then refused to pay and TCB did nothing except bog standard response, wont use this company again and cancelling my orders.

took out a years subscription to mojo and it never tracked ,was supposed to receive 6 pound cashback,lodged a complaint and have just received a message from tcb saying great magazines are not paying the cashback,dont touch with a bargepole .

My £6 cashback was denied by Great Magazines, they claim TCB were not the last referrer (they WERE) insinuated I'd used a discount code (I HADN'T), and refused to offer evidence claiming the "Data Protection Act" didn't allow them to. Complete sham company, will never use again.

Tracked more-or-less immediately but the next day when making another purchase, it went to zero.
This is the fault of topcashback being completely and utterly dishonest as opposed to the merchant.
topcashback cannot be trusted as several other transactions are reporting as lower as to when originally tracked.
topcashback are dishonest and I will never use this untrustworthy site again.

Read companies terms and conditions BEFORE placing an order...they are very inflexible. Compnay will not cancel an order after you have received one issue, so make sure you want the magazine.
