A complete coverup to stand by a wrong decision
After opening a claim for a £1900 purchase through Top Cashback, which only showed 1p on the tracking. My appeal was rejected saying that my purchase didn’t track and I must have used a different cash back provider. Which was a very suspect answer given that it showed on my purchase history with a 1p value. Eventually it became payable, so I continued to pursue the claim as it was clear that my purchase had been confirmed.
The customer service team continued with their initial line to say that it hadn’t and stood by their original decision. I’m now using another cash back site from here on in who don’t pocket the money themselves. This site seems to be run by some very dishonest people. Avoid and share this information with others

Declined cashback without basis
All my TCB purchases are done in the same way, same browser, same computer, cookies cleared in advance etc. and track fine. Click through to Google tracked by TCB, purchase made immediately. Google then rejects valuable cashback without basis - apparently TCB "have not been identified as the last channel to your sale", which is nonsense.

Very disappointed in Google and Topcashback
I purchased two Pixel 8 Pro's (a 128gb and a 512gb). The 128gb tracked and paid out quickly. The 512gb didn't track at all. I put a claim in which was turned down by the network agency and closed off as a final decision by Topcashback. Both purchased in exactly the same way and the same as I've been doing for years.
