While the Goldsmith review feedback is a little mixed, there are plenty of TopCashback members who have clearly been delighted with their experience of buying from the online jeweller through us. One stated: “Excellent service, goods arrived quickly and were exactly as described. Cashback appeared in my account — great service all round.”

Many have commented on how quickly they received their cashback, with some of the comments you’ll find including “tracked immediately, swift payout”, “very quick cashback, very good”, “excellent — very swift cashback and brilliant service on watch too”, “great merchant, fast cashback” and “excellent to be able to earn cashback on great watches and jewellery”. Others have mentioned the service provided by Goldsmiths, with one saying: “Excellent service. Item arrived within expected delivery time, well packaged and as described. Would use again.”

Some of the Goldsmiths reviews on Trustpilot are disappointing, though you will find plenty of five-star feedback. One happy customer said: “We bought two wedding rings from Goldsmiths recently and can’t fault them. Stated lead time was spot-on, they were delivered in individual and lovely bow-tied boxes, they were correctly sized and seem to be very good quality.” Another stated: “Bought an item from my wife and am absolutely made up with the purchase. Ordered back in December. Cashback did not track so reported. Still nothing now in mid-March. Nudged today so hoping for something soon but this is a long old wait

Ordered on 24th December 2013. It is now 14th March 2014 and not even tracked! Very poor to say the least. Won't be using again.

The cash back showing today on date of order is 14.14% which is very good and was the reason I chose this retailer. However, it is now showing as pending but I have a lower amount of cash back than expected with a lower purchase price than I have paid. The difference is not the VAT amount so I am not sure what the lower rate is for. I have been back to check and the rate is still showing as 14.14%.

Terrible merchant. Do not purchase if relying on cashback. Firstly the purchase didnt track, then after opening a claim with topcashback the claim was pending for 2 months and then out of nowhere it was declined with no reason as to why.

I was very pleased with the service, delivery and the item itself. The cashback however did not track at all, and at a purchase price of £1,920 at 14% cashback, even ex VAT I was expecting in excess of £200. I lodged a missing cashback claim 6 weeks ago but nothing so far. Very disappointed. Unreliable retailer it would seem.

Refused cashback
Refused my cashback. One of the only times I’ve had a cashback refused and it was on an item costing well over a thousand pounds.

Declined cashback even though it tracked correctly. they stated "an unauthorised discount, promo, code, or offer was used" but this i not true. The products are great quality but it is a pity that they do not honour a valid transaction.

Refusing to pay cash back on an omega watch bought online at full price using no other voucher or discount codes. Claiming cash back has been paid - it hasn’t! I’d have it in my account if it had.

Have been waiting months for TopcashBack to chase my transaction (and I paid a lot of money for a jewellery purchase via Goldsmiths). I did everything as expected (been purchasing goods via topcashback for years so should know you to use it by now). Guess what, just been informed that Goldsmiths will not pay out cash back. Topcash back have said they have done everything possible but cannot chase anymore! Now asked why they will still be used on Topcashback website when they will not pay.
