I waited 7 months to be declined by these liars & thieves - Purchase Value: £745.73 Expected Cashback: £35.00 "The retailers network agency has declined this cashback and the reason they have declined it is that "Evidence shows customer came direct to site and purchased and not through TopCashback" BULLSHIT !!!

Initially did not track and just marked as pending. Submitted a claim after 60 days and payment was made on 90 days. So does pay out but be prepared for 3 month wait.

cashback never tracked and topcahback were never able to resolve the problem. However, I contacted Gocompare directly and after over one year and several reminders they contacted directly topcashback and the cashback appeared on my acccount. Not great at all topcashback that couldn't do anything as I had to contact directly gocompare.
