Cash back declined. The dash board said 'pending' for over 100 days before being declined. I cannot now make a missing cashback claim as the purchase was over 100 days ago.

So far I have used throug top cash back, each time they offered cash back, each time they have declined to payTop cash back need to take them off their site as they are misleading customers.Back practise Go Compare - not happy at all

Getting any cashback from these guys is probably more difficult than an East End back street watch seller. They must have learnt how to dodge paying whilst staying writhin the TCB rules as I did everything by the book. The amount tracked at £1 for 90 days before I asked TCB to chase them up about it. I sent my new policy number, amount paid for the insurance and everything to do with the purchase. It came back as declined. Now there is no way to raise a ticket as I've already asked to have them nudged about it. Advice - use GC to find cheap insurance, then go directly to the best one. Otherwise, don't waste your time expecting a payment and chasing them through the TCB support process when it doesn't materialise.
