	Delines Cashback Followed all the instructions to the letter by following the link, generating a new home insurance quote and purchasing all within the same session and still they decline the cashback.

Even when its clear that go compare know i have purchased the policy and know the amount paid visible in the account overview ive never managed to get a cshback from this retailer

	Cashback paid after 64 days. My claim was saying pending and then declined. I raised a claim and was informed that the claim wasn't submitted until after 60 days. After 64 days I got my cashback. Not very clear communication and the 'declined' is certainly confusing.

	They don't pay cashback I was reading all the negative reviews but decided to take a chance. Cleared my cookies and did everything right, and the transaction tracked with no problem. It sat for a while at '£0 pending uplift' and then moved to 'declined.' Submitted a claim via topcashback, which was declined as well. Never again.

	Cashback declined Followed all rules to get cashback - cleared cookies, got a new quote, didn't browse away from website etc...but cashback declined. Complained to gocompare directly and they said it didn't track. Won't use again as they cost me £30!

	Via Go Compare Once again claim rejected. I have given all the information to prove I bough insurance through go compare on top cashback & they say they cannot confirm purchase. If it were not for the cash back I would have been better if I stayed with my original insures. I even had email thanking me for used their service. I am beginning to think this is a scam. Never will use either again. Shocking service.

	Declined Cashback Declined cashback, followed the rules for the cashback, only reason I used them was they offered the more than other comparison websites especially has insurance has risen of the years, was hoping to have this to offset the cost. I also sent through the policy number needed etc to validate the claim but declined again and no reason given.

	Failed to pay out my cashback. This is the first time I have experienced an issue with GoCompare, as they have always paid out on cashback before. Maybe it's a sign of the times, and their service is now on a downward spiral. I'll certainly NOT be using GoCompare again.

	AVOID - they will not pay! I am careful to follow all the necessary guidance, to not open additional windows etc. and not do anything to prevent me from getting cashback, and yet Go.Compare have refused to pay out on two separate occasions (car and home insurance). They are using cashback to get customers but refusing to pay out - don't be fooled and avoid! Make sure you sort reviews by newest first, not highest rating first as is the default, and you will see just how many reviews say the same thing. Very poor and should not be allowed to make false promises of cashback via TopCashback.

	Appalling. I use TCB for the vast majority of my online transactions and 99% of the time they track and are paid successfully. This is the 2nd time go compare have declined my cashback even though I follow all the rules advised. Twice I have raised a case and both times it's been declined again. Don't take the cashback amount into your budget as it's very unlikely to be paid.... terrible!

	Declined cashback As others have recently advised, my cashback was declined. In my case it was because referral from topcashback could not be verified. I ensured I met the t&c's by completing a new quote by clicking through TCB, so don't accept Go.compare's explanation as factual. £38 is a significant amount to be declined, do won't be using Go.compare in the future.

	No cashback received I took out Home Insurance in February 2022 and 2023 and waited for cashback which has never been paid to my Topcashback account. I made a request for it through Topcashbacks non payment received section and was informed after sometime that payment would not be made. I proviided policy references so Why has the cashback not been made? It seems that either Go compare or Topcashback keep the money. Same thing with cashback on Car Insurance never received the cashback. Let's see what happens this year.

	No cashback no idea why I bought two car insurance policies using this site and instructions were to get new quote I did this with go compare and no cash is showing. As I've used this site before I ignored updated policy quotes that were there already and clicked new quote- I ensured I did this properly I wasted my time as no money showing ion dashboard Very disappointed as I factored this into cost

	Will never go with you again or my family I did everything right you acknowledged my purchase of home insurance, say i have 250 excess coverage but refused to pay the 38 pound cashback twice. So much for your customer service godottwizzle now Steve and Sheila
