“Great plants at fab prices, good delivery service, fast payers” is how one of our members who decided to leave feedback described their experience of shopping at Gardening Express. There are plenty of other members who have also been pleased with the products and service provided by the online garden centre, with other Gardening Express reviews comments including “great plants at a good price”, “good service and reasonable prices” and “top seller”.

While there are some reviews which complain about the length of time it took to receive cashback or the quality of plants delivered, other members have clearly been delighted with their cashback experience when shopping with Gardening Express. “Fast paying cashback”, “great rates, fast tracking” and “cashback took two weeks to track but (was) confirmed within four weeks” are just some of the positive Gardening Express review comments you will find.

	Long term customer I've spent hundreds with this company over the years. Agreed, express they certainly are not. But their prices are so low on many items, especially after cashback (which they have paid out every time, unlike other vendors), that when I've had the occasional dead one, I've not gone back to them unless it's an expensive plant, which is generally just refunded on supplying photos.

	Don't be fooled by the word "express" Usually tracks and pays out a reasonable amount. I've seen other reviews from people who have had issues - I have ordered before and never had issues however express they ain't!

	DONT TOUCH THIS DREADFUL COMPANY As per so many bad reviews I received a dead clematis. They have no contact number, merely a message service online which might as well not be there. Having supplied several pics and details, after a considerable time I heard back asking for even more details, including my order number which I had obviously already supplied. They even wanted more pics!! Despite numerous messages from me they have completely ignored me which seems to be the norm for this appalling company. Buyers beware - they are real scammers. If I could have given them no stars I certainly would have done.

	Never again Whilst the cashback came through I will never order from GE again. Took 4 weeks for the goods to arrive and one plant was dead. No response from their customer services having emailed several times and used the contact form via their website- feel scammed.

	Poor after service Received a damaged item about 4 weeks ago, sent numerous emails (6!) and apart from one reply which essentially asked me to re-send the same thing there has been absolutely no response from their customer service - pathetic. Go on their Facebook site and it just links you straight back to where you started!! I'll keep trying though and hopefully get somewhere otherwise its time to take matters further.

	Delivery slow "Express is a joke" 13/17 trees dead. Delivery slow "Express is a joke" 13 out of 17 bare-root trees failed to take - I simultaneously bought and planted 18 bare root trees from another source and all broke dormancy and all18 survived. Customer service swiftly fobbed me off with a "bark test", and when I submitted photographs of the dead trees failing the bark test, they continue to ghost me, several weeks and several emails later. They also claimed one of the bare root trees wasn't covered by their bare-root guarantee at all. Bonkers.

	Fabulous Company - Gardening Express - Great prices!!! Amazing packing by this company, all plants received safely and now thriving! Whoever came up with the packing solution is clever indeed, they were all bag tied together and it was like something out of the Krypton factor. Delighted with all my plants and cannot fault this company. Going to order more plants now. Thank you.

	Purchased some mystery plants from G.E. I bought a couple of Peace Lilies and some mystery plants from G.E., they arrived really well packed and very healthy plants. Will happily purchase from again in the future.
