My cashback did not track initially and then this was rejected by the merchant despite being a valid purchase, very disappointing.

Cashback declined. It would be nice to see what was the reason. Anyway that is a big downside especially when you have to wait for your furniture 6 weeks!

tracked no problem then as soon as comes near to payout - they declined! not happy as owed about £60 in cash back on an item not bought in the sale - so no excuses for declining! Don't bother with them!

Tracked shortly after placing the order. But declined payout - no reason given, but presumably because furniture was purchased in a sale. BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS COMPANY - SEEMS THEY ONLY PAY OUT IF YOU PAY FULL PRICE.

My cashback tracked straight away however, the day before my order was received, it decreased to £0. This was the first annoyance. The second was when my order arrived, it was the wrong colour and was told to 'keep it' until it could be sorted - surely the warehouse double check?! I shan't be using again.

Order was made in November 2010, order never tracked so I set up a claim, many nudges sent up will October 2011 when I gave up. Come March 2012 and £200 cash back received a very nice surprise indeed well done to TCB for chasing!

Avoid - after waiting 7 months I was informed that my cashback claim was unsuccessful because I did not meet terms and conditions set by merchant but I have no idea why this is. One of several bad experiences with furniture village.

Cash back claim rejected by the retailer as i think it was due to using a discount code (which who doesn't for furniture village). CON if i had known the cash back would be rejected i would never have purchased from them. Avoid!

I've had fantastic service with furniture village - they can't do enough for you and I love, love their stuff (and free cookies in store too! ;) ). Cash back will mean I can buy some new bedding to go with my lovely new bed - bonus!

On two items purchased delivery has been quoted as 12 weeks but in fact was 15 weeks. They dealt with a serious fault quickly but the replacement item is also on 12 weeks delivery - this is a real problem

Tracked quickly but zeroed when it became payable - claim submitted but not holding out much hope. Lots of retailers seem to do this - I know you shouldn't rely on it but it always feels like a bit of a con!
