Sad to see F&M dodging cashback
Great products but sad to see a top notch expensive store trying to dodge a few pounds cashback. Cleared history and cookies. Clicked through via Top Cashback (TC) site and immediately made purchase. Didn't track and alleging that TC was not the last merchant which is utter nonsense. Not pleased.

Terrible company to deal with. They sell you stale chocolates and only refund the price you paid , no extra as an apology. Disgusting. No real customer service. Worse company I have ever dealt with. Never buy chocolates that are supposed to be fresh on display at the counter inside the store as a present. So embarrassing when you give someone a gift of stale chocolates.

What a joke F&M are. Still no cashback after shopping back in December. The shop could not even fulfil the order I placed without me making phone calls to them. Over rated with exceptionally poor service.
