I purchased two Christmas hamper gifts from 2025 and been waiting 10 months. Still hasn’t tracked and confirmed. Ridiculous!

Awaiting a handful of claims from 8 months ago
Each year I purchase hampers from Fortnum & Mason - I'll not be purchasing again this year until they resolve the handful of open cases from December 2025.

Sometimes wrongly tracked
Sometimes wrongly tracked but the issue always fixed after filing a missing cash back. Would be lovely if more promotional offer available though.

Poor tracking
Nice products but Fortnum and Mason does not track, outstanding claim from 8 months ago and still waiting for retailer to respond.

Always incorrect tracking amount
I ordered my homeware and groceries from them for a couple of times always tracked an incorrect amount. Good thing is Topcashback sort it out quickly but I do hope they can work on it so I don’t have to submit a claim every time.
