A very long wait for cashback!
This was the first time using Florist by Waitrose and I think it took too long for the cashback to come through. I don't feel inclined to use their services again.

The cash back didn’t register, even though I was careful to go through to the page and not even click onto another open tab. Managed to raise a missing cash back claim, which was approved, but disappointed that this had to be done.

I ordered some flowers for delivery to my sister as a gift. She was very disappointed with the delivery service and the flowers themselves. I would not order flowers from Waitrose in future. Cashback has not tracked correctly and Waitrose has declined my application for the full cashback amount.

Per my earlier review last June was able to raise a missing cashback claim...but just notified (9 months later) by TC the merchant has declined payment, 'order not tracked'. Zero stars on this occasion.

Cashback did not track even though TC tracked visit to site at time of order placement. Attempted to raise claim - but turns out this retailer does not accept missing cashback claims!!! This is not stated on the merchant details page...

Disappointingly small bouquet for the money. Cashback tracked in the system; but the vendor refused to pay the cashback despite all the correct information being provided. Won't use them again.
