	Disappointed Had cashback confirmed for months and then all of a sudden (about date of tickets) it got declined. No explanation or justification. Similar thing happened with another site I used for Florida attractions. Feels like a bit of scam

	Decline cashback for me and my families accounts I recommended top cashback to my family as we were going to the States and had over 1.5K to spend on tickets. They had their £45 cashback declined with no reason, and I just got mine declined too. We have both opened support cases as there was no reason for us not to receive it. The only time I've ever had a problem with a merchant - use another ticket site if you can!

	Still waiting cashback funds This transaction has been pending since I bought the tickets. I used Foridatix because of the cashback incentive. 3 months since buying. Complied will all the T&C. One transaction has been declined despite complying with the T&C's. They owe me over £120. Very frustrated at TCB who continue to promote them without closing out these issues.

	Cashback declined Having made a purchase with Floridatix the cashback amount was showing as pending. It has now been declined. I can see this has happened to a number of people. Why can you still book tickets from them via this website?

	Declined for no reason Bought 3 x 14 day Disney World tickets, so the cashback was actually quite a bit of money. Just a rejection, no reason given. I wouldn't have bought from floridatix without the cashback.

	Still waiting 14 moths on Very disappointed in Floridatix and Topcashback. As my 2 transaction that I purchased 14 months ago are still not cleared one is still pending and the other confirmed, but nothing in my account yet for either. :(

	Great but be prepared to wait for payout! Great to have the ability to get cashback from this site but be prepared to wait for it! A total of 13 months from booking to reach payable status

	Took 2 years to pay out We have just recived our cashback for this, purchased the tickets 2 years ago ! we had to chase this claim but got there in the end.

	No cash back after 14 Months. Not happy. Spent nearly £9,000 with them and was expecting over £500 cashback and it said estimated payable 8 weeks. Complained to Cashback but still wailing for money. Poor service.

	never paid out Purposely bought on two occasions from this retailer with hope of cashback, it sat as pending for 8 months and I had to follow up several times before Topcashback eventually paid out the higher of the two amounts. Won't rush to make any future purchases with this retailer factoring in the cashback when considering cost.
