Cashback declined
Having made a purchase with Floridatix the cashback amount was showing as pending. It has now been declined. I can see this has happened to a number of people. Why can you still book tickets from them via this website?

Bought 3 x 14 day Disney World tickets, so the cashback was actually quite a bit of money. Just a rejection, no reason given. I wouldn't have bought from floridatix without the cashback.

Still waiting 14 moths on
Very disappointed in Floridatix and Topcashback. As my 2 transaction that I purchased 14 months ago are still not cleared one is still pending and the other confirmed, but nothing in my account yet for either. :(

No cash back after 14 Months. Not happy.
Spent nearly £9,000 with them and was expecting over £500 cashback and it said estimated payable 8 weeks. Complained to Cashback but still wailing for money.
Poor service.

9 Months on Still no cashback
This transaction has been pending since I bought the tickets. 9 months since buying and 8 months since travel. Complied will all the T&C. They owe me over £200.
Very frustrated at TCB who continue to promote them without closing out these issues.
Will not use Floridatix or TCB again

Purposely bought on two occasions from this retailer with hope of cashback, it sat as pending for 8 months and I had to follow up several times before Topcashback eventually paid out the higher of the two amounts. Won't rush to make any future purchases with this retailer factoring in the cashback when considering cost.
