Fibrus has paid me £84 as promised.
I ordered broadband + phone on 26/6/26, it was installed free 10 days later and Fibrus paid cashback on 26/7/26. I have £84 in my bank account now. There are two earlier bad reviews of Fibrus here from 2024 which worried me before I ordered the new service, but they paid up quickly. My contract costs about £30 per month,the same as my previous provider, so in effect I have almost 3 months free internet and phone. I'm happy with that.

Told Topcashback I cancelled, returned or was refunded. Lies
I had to open a ticket for this and in the end Fibrus have told Topcashback I cancelled, returned or was refunded. I have all the invoices, service agreements, emails as proof I have a contract with them! Bunch of liars.

Still no cashback after almost 1 year
I have a 24 month contract with Fibrus, and almost 1 year into said contract, I have not yet received the cashback I am owed. I have, of course, opened a support ticket, but thought other people should know that there are issues with this merchant.
