The cashback for this transaction should have become payable more than six weeks ago, it is still not payable and trying to get a reason for this is not easy.

After purchasing a gift in December 2010, I have now been informed that my transaction hasn't been aproved.
Well done everybody it's taken 17 months to get to this point.
Very disapointed in Top Cashback and there lack of support, and will not use F H Hinds again.

DIdn't track correctly, half of what it should be. Also doesn't include the vat amount (which other retailers do) which is a little misleading, should be on the overview.

The in store deal offered on the Topcashback phone app is not honoured by store staff.
We complained to Head Office and this was their reply was to say they only offer discounts online. So please can someone remove their in store offer from the phone app?
