	Whilst the order process was simple and the order arrived promptly I have not yet received my payment via Top Cashback. Order was placed nearly 3 months ago! Silly me I should've checked the payment reviews before I ordered,since the only reason I chose them was their good payment percentage. I therefore ordered a years supply of lenses and was expecting more than £35 - to date nothing looking at these reviews now it's unlikely I will ever get it! I will definitely not be ordering from them again. Shame on you Feel Good for not delivering on the promises you make!!

	It did not track, opened a case immediately in July and still waiting almost 1.5 months later. Just go with someone else, don't get lured in by the high percentage.

	lodged a missing claim even with proof of purchase and topcashback , refused cashback (and looking at reviews not the only one..). Plenty of other better merchants out there.

	By writing 91% are happy, this is misleading people as if Topcashback read the comments its about feelgoodcontacts not paying out. Don't use this supplier

	Hi,I followed all instructions and the cashback was declined. Topcashback need to withdraw this supplier from their list as they scam people. They are cheaper contact lens suppliers out there. Don't use as they don't pay out. Topcashback don't advertise this company as it gives you a bad name

	Ordered contact lenses in April 2003, logged a claim and still no cashback in Jan 2014! Very poor!! Would not use again as I have another contact lense supplier who I am just as happy with.

	Submitted a claim for missing cashback in May 2012, Feel Good Contact Lenses finally responded Dec 2013. Claim rejected as they couldn't track the transaction. Definitely went through from topcashback. Can't really be bothered to follow up. Not the cheapest place for lenses, especially when cashback doesn't track, but they were delivered on time.

	I never received the cashback as I apparently used a different marketing channel. Funnily enough, a lot of people seem to be using different marketing channels and never receive the cashback either. Coincidence?

	Had 2 untracked cashbacks, filed claims on both, and both declined for 2 different reasons. Not good for cashback but very effecient for lenses.

	This company should clearly be taken off the Topcashback site as it is clear that they never honour the cashback claims. I have waited months and had to put in claims again and again but get nothing in cashback, yet I followed the instructions precisely and went through Topcashback and direct to Feel Good Lenses. Do not use this company.

	I was pleased with the product quality and shipping time of my purchase, but don't expect this merchant to pay any cashback. Like so many others my cashback wasn't paid and filing a claim led no where. If they were significantly cheaper than the other options (not factoring in cashback- as they clearly don't honor it) I'd consider using them again, but if there was a similarly priced option I would take my business elsewhere as I feel it is dishonest to claim to pay cashback when clearly they rarely do so.
