	I never received the cashback as I apparently used a different marketing channel. Funnily enough, a lot of people seem to be using different marketing channels and never receive the cashback either. Coincidence?

	Had 2 untracked cashbacks, filed claims on both, and both declined for 2 different reasons. Not good for cashback but very effecient for lenses.

	Cashback was declined although all the instructions were followed. The product received was as expected, but I am unlikely to use them again.

	This company should clearly be taken off the Topcashback site as it is clear that they never honour the cashback claims. I have waited months and had to put in claims again and again but get nothing in cashback, yet I followed the instructions precisely and went through Topcashback and direct to Feel Good Lenses. Do not use this company.

	I was pleased with the product quality and shipping time of my purchase, but don't expect this merchant to pay any cashback. Like so many others my cashback wasn't paid and filing a claim led no where. If they were significantly cheaper than the other options (not factoring in cashback- as they clearly don't honor it) I'd consider using them again, but if there was a similarly priced option I would take my business elsewhere as I feel it is dishonest to claim to pay cashback when clearly they rarely do so.

	Absolutely no point using this retailer for cashback. My experiences are the same as many other people and are reflected in the statistics. My claim was not tracked, manually chased and then declined after 6 months.DO NOT EXPECT ANY CASHBACK.

	Purchased from Feel Good because of the cashback offer and I wish I had read the reviews first. I ordered from them in September and only now have they declined to payout the cashback as I “Did not meet terms and conditions set by merchant”. I clicked on the link and purchased my lenses, I didn't use any codes or vouchers and I didn't return anything yet they refuse to pay out. It's basically a con as they promise cashback but won't pay it.

	Ordered last June but cashback never paid. Tried ordering last week for my wife but again cashback didn't track - so cancelled that order (thankfully). From looking at other feedback - don't order from this merchant if you want cashback.

	This amounts to false advertisement, five months on and this merchant has not replied to my cashback request after failing to track and pay me as offered. Plainly misleading, and quite disappointing. That said, the contact lenses were delivered promptly and correctly.

	Purchased twice through Topcashback but purchase not tracked and no cashback received despite raising missing cashback claims and issuing a number of nudges. I beleive Topcashback should remove this seller from their cashback retailer list.

	Product was well priced and arrived very quickly BUT cashback failed to track - I am chasing this through TCB and if it doesn't come through I will keep phoning their 0800 number until it does! Seems as if Feel Good's policy is to ignore the cashback and hope people will not bother putting in a claim. Surprised TCB allow them to remain on the site!

	Chasing cashback at the moment. My recommendations are try your luck but expect to submit a manual claim i wish i had entered a promotional code as a backup for no cashback if you look around you can find them for at least 10% off which would have made me feel slightly better than waiting months for a cashback return if any.

	Retailer does not pay cashback and cashback does not track. It is pointless this retailer being on the site, you may as well go direct.

	Great service from them with regards to prices and delivery. However, bitterly disappointed in their response to missing cashback. 5 orders now, totalling over £350 - and not a single one tracked. Claims have been lodged with TCB, with the first one now being declined by FG because they feel it is invalid or someother lame excuse. Yet I have supplied all the correct information and I generally have no tracking issues with other merchants. I may now look to take my business elsewhere if they can't resolve this!

	Like many others on here Cashback has not tracked and I don't expect it will now! My advise would be to buy your contacts elsewhere, there are plenty of good contact retailers on TCB who offer as good a price and whose purchases track as they should do.

	12 months on and £9 cash back no where to be seen. I don't understand why they are allowed to advertise cash back when it never tracks, so you get nil%.

	I wish I'd read the comments before purchasing as I only bought my lenses and solution from Feel Good as the cashback made it cheaper than other places. They did send them out super fast and well packaged but for me the cashback was the deciding factor in choosing to purchase from them and it was obviously not worth it.

	My cash back has still not tracked after five months! Despite a claim lodged and two nudges to tcb. I will not be ordering again as they have not delivered on customer service. Poor.

	I have used this company for years and did on occasion use others, but no one can match their promptness, correct delivery and lenses that always get through the letterbox. BUT tried cashback twice with no luck

	So far I've earned over £300 in cashback with Top Cash Back - and this is the only merchant which has failed to pay to date. It's now 3 months on and I've raised a Missing Cashback claim - will update my feedback to say if it ever turns up or not. The Contact lenses were as ordered, and delivered quickly.
