Don't bother!
Cashback declined because they couldn't identify TCB as being the channel I purchased through. What a lot of nonsense. Take your custom elsewhere if you want a pay out!

I placed an order on March 8 and paid immediately, after 2 months I didn’t get what I have ordered and I lost 10% of the money that I paid because the shipment was returned to merchant for their reasons. Support not replying. Thieves.

Have used this merchant before, however my last transaction was declined as I hadnt met the conditions, which seems to be because I was an existing customer. Disappointing that this isnt referenced when clicking through for cashback.

Ive used this merchant quite a few times without any problems, the last time though I had my cash back declined, apparently I hadn't 'met the criteria' there was no difference with my past purchases though, I won't be shopping at express chemist again

Express Chemist used to be very good with quick delivery. My last order, although it tracked quickly on topcashback, took 8 days to arrive and I had paid extra for tracked priority delivery.

I had a slight mixup over delivery which was Royal Mail's fault: Express Chemist customer service was excellent in keeping me informed with the progress of their sorting it out.
