Poor tracking outcome
This retailer did track my order but at a much lower rate, stating the order was for £5.13 instead on £70. When I raised this issue as a claim with Top cashback, the retailer's response was that there was no tracked order, yet one is already registered in my list of purchases. It is a disappointing and confusing outcome.

Rejected Cashback for no reason - trying to find loopholes not to pay out
I prioritised using this seller for a purchase due to its attractive cashback offer. Even though my purchase registered on the TopCashback system it was then denied, which I thought might have been an error as the original order had to replaced as it was faulty.
After 6 months of waiting on an appeal the company came back to say that TopCashback had not registered as the referrer and therefore I was not eligible for cashback. This surely isn't correct as it had already registered on the TopCashback system.
This is just a way for the company to not have to pay out.
Would not recommend.
