	Always Pay Have bought from Eufy, through TopCashback, on several occasions. Always seem to have to go through a 'Cashback not tracked' claim through Customer Services but have never had a problem with payment after that.

	Topcashback should ban this firm I've been doing this for years and like everyone else here they fail to pay up. They should be chopped off the list of Topcashback suppliers as they tarnish the topcashback brand. Our contract in essence is being broken and it actually really disappoints me that Eufy, whose product I like, is letting me down. There are no winners here. Try other options and avoid this firm via topcashback IMHO

	Unreliable cashback At the time of writing this review Eufy has a 1 star TopCashback rating, and I can see why. I've encountered that same response as many other reviewers: "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." With so many poor reviews, I'm surprised Topcashback still team up with Eufy.

	Remove Eufy from TopCashback Product itself is fine but like the other 38 (and counting) reviews they DO NOT payout. Have submitted a claim but this was rejected with no explanation. Please avoid and TopCashback please remove from their list of merchants.

	TopCashback should remove them Same as the other 37 other people who have left a review to date - went through the same steps as I did with any other retailers (who have paid out) only to be informed that TopCashback was not the final referrer. As so many people have had the same experience, you'd hope TopCashback might wake up and realise that their continued advertisement of cash back from such a questionable retailer might be having a detrimental impact on their own brand name!

	Did not bother with topcashback as they are unwilling to intervene From the high number of negative reviews regarding failed cashback claims as a result of lame excuses by topcashback, I did not bother to use topcashback so they earn nothing too! Either they (topcashback) stop being lazy or best to avoid eufy.

	No surprise! Have over 15 transactions and surprise suprise, they have not all tracked and those that I do claim, have been rejected. Don't bother counting on this paying!

	Cashback didn't track, claim refused Cashback didn't track, made a claim but they claimed the TopCashback wasn't the last referrer. I followed the link before purchase so I'm not sure why this would be, other than an issue with their site.

	Eufy - No cash back paid In the last 6 months, I have purchased three items directly from Eufy and have ensured that I have not violated any cash back terms. All three items where rejected and only general terms given why this has happened. I will not bother in future in dealing directly with this company.

	I tracked purchase step by step but they say TCB wasn't the Final Referer These companies are very easy to say that TCB wasn't the "final referrer" but are never willing to say what was the final referrer. If they did then perhaps customers will understand where they went wrong. I know that in this instance that is nonsense. I also tracked the process because I saw that their reviews were extremely bad at paying their cashback so recorded the pages I visited. I think Eufy / Anker are using you as advertising without honouring thier side of the deal. How bad do thier reviews have to be before you remove them from your site?

	Did not pay cashback Despite proof of purchase and the fact the transaction was tracked, cashback was refused. I bought a robovac for over £600.
