	The initial cashback was for a lower amount than the advertised one. I lodged a claim, and received the correct amount about three months after the purchase.

	Terrible! I made a genuine purchase with no cancellation and no discount code use but the cashback I got from Essential Travel is £0!! Essential Travel doesn't seem to be a genuine retailer for Cashback scheme as they say. I will consider other retailers in future to avoid this con!!!

	Hello. Following on from my previous comment, I am happy to report that I have received my cashback after 4 months. I took out a Backpacker policy and so I received a lot of cashback. I also had to claim on my travel insurance and it was in the region of 2000 pounds. Essential Travel accepted my claim and paid me back within 4 weeks. I have gone from a very unhappy customer to a very happy customer. Well done Essential travel.

	I have bought travel insurance from Essential Travel TWICE through TopCashback and NEVER RECEIVED ANY CASHBACK! What total con artists! I'll never buy from them again.

	Cashback not tracked, claim lodged but still no response 1 month later. Also experienced problems with my airport parking booking, as no record of my booking could be found and carpark tried to charge me £72 when we departed! In future, will go back to using airports' official car parking sites as the hassle of getting a small amount of cashback isn't worth it.
