Did not track, did not hear anything after manual tracking.
Did not recieve email to confirm booking, when I phoned they confirmed hotel with 35 days parking. Then 2 days later received phone call that I would only get 15 days parking and would have to pay over £100 more for parking at the hotel. Website cleary stated 35 days. Cancelled booking and they have charged me £15 cancellation fee even though it was their error and there is 4 months before I go away. Do not use!!!!

Can't believe the two experiences below. I am still waiting to track from 18 Nov last year. Seems to be hit and miss with this Company. Don't feel I could recommend them.

Backpackers Insurance bought on 18 Nov and I am still waiting for the claim to track. Topcashback contacted company early in December but todate, 6 Jan, nothings happened.
