Disgraceful company and will never use them again. Firstly they charged a few pence more than the invoice stated with no explanation, i did not take this up with them because the amount was so small but it is still disgusting tactics. Second they stated that car parking was included for the whole period but when we returned from holiday for our car we had to pay another £30 to the car park to get the car out. Lastly we have been waiting over a year for £20+ cashback which obviously they will not honour now.
All in all a very nasty experience with this company - use them at your peril!!

AVOID. Claims declined for no reason. I have a policy number with documents sent to me. Funny how I have that, never cancelled, have a policy number, have the money taken from my bank and no cash back paid. AVOID!

I was also attracted by the high cashback rate, but am still waiting 9 months' later! Technical problems apparently - yeah right. Will not use them again, there are plenty of airport hotel providers with the same prices

There are plenty of other companies providing these services who do give you cashback. Do not use this company as you do not get cashback.

Attractively high cashback offered but not paid after waiting 7 months for them to say they couldn't find it. Funny that it tracked OK, they took my money and I have a policy number! Casts doubt on the quality of the product. AVOID!!!!

Rubbish cashback experience - never tracked - claimed that transaction had been cancelled even though I have email confirmation and actually using the service now. Don't be swayed by the large cashback % as you'll never receive it.

Item was bought at inflated cashback price but made cheaper by the signficant cashback - cashback never received, nor any rationale as to why not. Suggest do not expect cashback from this retailer only one I have ever had problems with

RUBBISH !!! 11 months and tcb has just told me ( and many others ) that cashback will not be forthcoming . Dont use this merchant for the cashback as YOU WONT RECEIVE IT .

Can't comment on the claim experience with the actual company, but I bought a single travel insurance cover with them less than 12 hours ago and it has tracked at £1.82.
No problems at all.

Used them for both holiday insurance and airport car parking and neither has tracked correctly. They now say I must have used another search engine etc but I did not - went straight to them through top cashback. Obviously want your custom but are not porepared to pay any cashback. Needless to say have not used them again this year for my holiday extras.

Still no cashback after 9 months - no replies to chasers either.
Tracked as £0.00 so can't see why unable to resolve.
Perhaps they can't be bothered or don't want to, as have already got my business. They will not be getting it again.
Appears a regular occurance -very misleading.

Insurance purchased last year . Not tracked , wish I had read previous nagative comments first . It is surely bordering on the fraudulent to offer cashback then not pay out on a genuine claim . Should trading standards get involved ? It does seem to the consumer that some companies offer cb with no intention of paying .

I had to book two separate car park bookings using different credit cards so I had to go through Topcashback twice on the same day but only one booking tracked. This has happened twice.

Cashback does not track if you make a purchase while logged in to your Essential Travel account. Seems that they are also not interested in replying to missing cashback queries.

Another purchase through ET which has so far failed to track. Used to be reliable but no more. Got insurance for good price so can't complain, but they should either honour the cashback or not offer it at all.
