Cashback tracked immediately at £0.00. 3 months later Essential travel refused to pay out anything for Cashback, but the quote was still a good price - just don't rely on E.T. honouring the cashback!

Tracked this third time of buying insurance,had to put in manual claim for the first 2 purchase of insurance but hopefully they will pay out. will update when i recieve this.

Travel ins purchased in July for myself and spouse.Online medical screening and policy very good - good website to use especially if you have existing medical conditions.However cashback not received at 17 % as advertised.Tracked and payable as £0.00 and no response to query. Disappointing and misleading. :(

Have used Essential Travel quite a few times, used to track quickly and pay out quickly, but the last few transactions have not tracked and had to put claim in. Last one did pay but wrong amount, awaiting response for most recent failure to track.
