I was meant to get 20 pound cashback from this merchant, but instead it tracked as 14 pound putting my choice of elec/gas tariffs through as green tariffs which they were not. I contacted topcashback straight away and have had no success in getting the correct amount

Be careful as for a business switch over it states £50 Cashback however once you are on their website you are not allowed to purchase business online, you have to call which then loses the trace to TOPCASHBACK. I complained, finally £50 appeared but now has been zeroed! I am still complaining!

Used Energy Helpline to switch my electricity supplier earlier this evening (from Scottish Power to E.ON if you're interested) and cashback is already showing up on my account - have also received the email confirming my request to switch and now just waiting to receive the various documentation from E.ON to complete the switching process which will probably take a few weeks or so I believe.
