Took forever to process my switch then declined my cash back. After asking why my cash back was declined I received a one word answer - "duplicate". This is absolute rubbish! They just didn't want to pay it.

Despite it being a dual fuel switch and plainly so in the contract, and obviously in the supply it went through as single fuel. it took time to change it and correct it. Utter waste of my time trying to point out the obvious namely that it was a dual supply. Be careful, check it and complain asap. I am just awaiting acredit via Amazon. We shall see if it mterialises.t to my account payment

Absolute scammers - do not use how ever tempting the cashback rate may appear. They do not honour valid claims - even when filed via Topcashback with supporting proof of purchase of service. If I could give them less than one star I would. Crooks.

Don't rate Simply Switch very much as had to wait 7-8 months for the cash back to become payable. Used energyhelpline for my son and they paid extremely quickly.

Signed up for dual fuel. Direct debit processed for dual fuel but only single fuel cashback being shown. Took up with TCB and got a reply that it could take up to two plus months!! Not satisfactory at all. How could they show single fuel and take debit for dual fuel.

BEWARE - tracked correctly and the very next day it was declined for no reason whatsoever.
I will certainly cancel my electricity switch within the cooling off period as I am not letting this mob claim their referral fee!
Very poor and judging by other reviews it is high time Energy Helpline were removed from TCB.

Once the comparison info. was displayed the merchant didn't want to have anymore dealings with me, and so I had to deal direct with energy provider. Cannot rate cashback experience as I'm still waiting for this.

Cash back went through at £14.00 three months ago but then went to £00.00 payable.
I have made three nudges but have not recived any reply from Energyhelp line.

Bizarre! It states £50.50 cashback for Business rates. So you click the link go through to the site, click on business services and then you have to give a phone number (no opportunity to do it online). So you call you and they put you through to a different company who deal with their 'business rates' who know absolutely nothing about any cashback. So I wouldn't bother trying to get the business cashback.
