I don't recommend Energy Helpline cashback as my transaction went through several months ago, showing as nil, when I should have received £20 for changing my contract. I raised a formal enquiry straight away and have nudged several times. No response apart from "waiting for retailer". Don't bother.

Tracked quickly (within 24 hours) but it will take much longer to see the money.
The advertised upto £50.50 headline cashback is misleading. I later discovered that Topcashback will only give you £14 cashback.
Instead, you can get £40 cashback if you use "Simplyswith" by going via the moneysavingexpert website.

Infuture will go direct merchant to get cashback.

Once the comparison info. was displayed the merchant didn't want to have anymore dealings with me, and so I had to deal direct with energy provider. Cannot rate cashback experience as I'm still waiting for this.

Bizarre! It states £50.50 cashback for Business rates. So you click the link go through to the site, click on business services and then you have to give a phone number (no opportunity to do it online). So you call you and they put you through to a different company who deal with their 'business rates' who know absolutely nothing about any cashback. So I wouldn't bother trying to get the business cashback.

Got a great deal through Energy Helpline for my gas and electricity and added Cashback as well - Happy Days!! Very smooth process with no problems and I wish more merchants would do the same.

Obviously I'm not likely to re-visit this merchant for a while as they are selling 12 month contracts! But after the contract is up then I'd definitely try them again.

Tracked quickly and moved to Pending in a reasonable time. Website was very easy to use and displayed options / results in an easy to understand format.
I suppose the only down side for me is that if I had gone directly to the supplier websites via TCB I could have got more cashback. However, that said, I have saved by switching suppliers, and the cashback has tracked - 'a bird in the hand' and all that ;0) Overall, I'm happy enough.
