AVOID THIS MERCHANT. THEY DO NOT PAY OUT THE PROMISSED CASH BACK DESPITE TCB SUPPOSEWDLY CHASING/REMINDING THEM. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS "NOT FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS" MALARKY. EVIDENCE AVAILABLE THROUGH TCB THAT QUOTE/TRANSACTION WAS OBTAINED THROUGH TCB. THEIR CONTINUING LISTING ON TCB IS BASICALLY FRAUD AND TCB SHOULD REMOVE THEM OR APPLY PRESSURE FOR LONG OUTSTANDING (2 YEARS) PAYMENT TO BE MADE. I don't recommend Energy Helpline cashback as my transaction went through several months ago, showing as nil, when I should have received £20 for changing my contract. I raised a formal enquiry straight away and have nudged several times. No response apart from "waiting for retailer". Don't bother.

This Retailer had very early evidence of a purchase having been paid and is unnecessarily slow in paying in my opinion. I will be wary about using them in future.

Note that, if you're considering this 'faster payout' provider, that you will reach Easter before it is even considered payable - if not argued over; yes, that's right - that takes you past Christmas !!!

Be aware that my switch with British Gas through Energyhelpline, was declined, suggesting an unauthorised code was used; I have never used any codes with any TCB transaction !!

Just be careful although this merchant was tagged as faster paying. Following my purchase in early June 2017, cashback was not tracked and I need to lodge a missing cashback claim and then was placed on 90 days on hold period for few months of misery for the case to be raised to Energyhelpline. I was given the cashback as pending on 21st September 2017 and on 04th November is turns claimable. So in total it took almost 5 months. For other just beware although the cashback amount is high, there is high chance that the cashback will not track and put you on constant misery. I rate energyhelpline zero if possible. Thanks to Customer Care for resolving my cashback issue though.

The cashback was not tracked and now I am still waiting for customer service to resolve the issue. I chose them over other providers since they was tagged as faster paying and now I just hope that the cashback will track through missing cashback claim although I had to wait merely 2 to 3 months after transaction was made in June and only be lifted from '' On Hold'' today on 4th September. Now had to wait merely few more weeks for customer service to resolve the issue by submitting the claim on their next batch claims manually to Energy Helpline. If you have the options for other merchant, please choose others. I am warning you guys. I seriouly expect I can only get this cashback maybe in December 2017 which is another few more months. If there is zero star, I would rate zero.

Cashback claim was declined despite me having an email from energyhelpline that acknowledged the transaction was completed through topcashback. The stats tcb display for this company are a lie so don't be mislead.

Scam! They refused to pay the cashback despite sending the order confirmation and responding to their confirmation email to say that the energy switch was complete. The switch itself was fine but I would advise going with another supplier that pays out properly.

Always seem to have tracking problems with Topcashback, but they're usually resolved with a missing claim submission. On this ocassion Energyhelpline declined, even though my energy switch using them went through. Dissappointing.

Wasn't easy to earn cashback. There was a problem in the tracking and took 9 months to get cashback. Thanks to Customer Services for the hard work chasing it up.

Zero Stars - Energyhelpine advertised on top cash back 41.60 fro a duel fuel switch. I initiated this on 26 November 2016. Cashback was later shown in my account within 24hrs of only 20.80. I then received an email on 28 November from the Energy Helpline asking me to call to confirm I had initaited the switch as they had been notified through an affiliate (I presume Topcashback). The email stated if I did not confirm, the swich would not progress. I called them on the 0800 number they supplied and confirmed the details. On 29 November, I received notification that the cashback had now been declined!!!!!!!!! What a Con!!!!!!!

Awful merchant. Switched gas and electric supllier, promised £34, instantly credited £16...raised claim and was rejected twice. Would never use this switching service again due to dishonest behaviour
