The item in my Basket was £23 + free p&P. When I clicked through to Checkout price had changed to £25 + £1.50 p&p! Obviously need watching closely.

We placed an order for a freezer 13 CPU cooler two weeks back. We have called them almost everyday this week to try and find out what is going on we get told the same BS everyday, " the item will arrive in stock today and will be sent out in the morning after we test it" Er test it, I hope not its a cooler with thermal paste on the bottom. When we tried to cancel the order we found out they had taken the money for the item even though it had not been sent out (not what the website says) They also hung the phone up on my wife who has a better phone manner than me.
. very rude staff.
. BS over the phone
. careful wording on the website which means you could end up worse off.
. They take the payment well before the item is sent out. (like a week)
. very very slow service.
.will never use and will never recommend

Further to my comment of no cashback for months, it's just come through! Either my comment was taken notice of or it's coincidence.
So looks like the cashback does come through, it just takes an awful long time!

This cashback did not track and a missing claim report had to be submitted. The cashback was acknowledged by the retailer and should be paid soon.

Tracked within an hour, payable in three months. Cashback paid on pre vat cost only. Have purchased a logitech force gt steering wheel and is £10 cheaper than any other retailer on the web, before the cashback.
Very good so far.
