I was very pleased with the competitive price of my purchase. Even though I had to pay extra for the Next day delivery, the overall cost was still within budget. The cashback tracked quickly, so all in all I'm quite happy and would most certainly give BT Shop another try in the future.

Purchased a BT broadband accelerator/I plate to boost broadband speed for around £10. Excellent purchase which seems to have increased speed by at least 1GB. Cashback tracked quickly and I have now been paid.

BT looks very similar to Dabs (log on process etc and price). Product was competitively priced and order process was straight forward. Order arrived within a couple of days.
I bought 2 items in the same purchase, only the cheaper item tracked. Submitted an enquiry and the full amount has now tracked. Thanks again TCB

This is Dabs.com trading as BT Shop, so beware. Order was delayed dispatch due to "security check" and only dispatched after a couple of reminder emails where I asked them if they were going to send MI6 around to security check.
Again transaction never tracked (this is now a regular feature in TCB) and had to submit missing enquiry before transaction tracked.
Still awaiting cashback to be payable.

I find BT Shop's customer service and online ordering system patchy, and their takeover of DABS has caused some confusion. I have had one cashback transaction with them which did not track at all, and I had to submit a missing cashback claim. Topcashback traced the claim and it now shows in my transactions, but is still pending over two months after my purchase. Doesn't inspire confidence despite the generous 10% cashback rate.

Tracked, and fast to payable, but inaccurate amount
For me it's not worth it to correct, but be advised if you're buying high value services or items, for some reason my purchase tracked at precisely 80% of the value it should've been
Other than that, very fast tracking and went to payable very quickly (shop purchase, not contract)
