Quite impressed that BT offered the best price & free delivery.
Cashback had not tracked & had to claim, It is now showing as pending.

Transaction failed to track, and then i was told the merchant refused the claim. I persisted and got the cashback, a lot of effort for £0.46, would be 1 star if i hadnt got the cashback

Purchased item 30th April and cashback instantly tracked; should have been payable 30th June but still outstanding on the 13th September (that's 2.5 months after expected pay date)!
TCB say there is nothing they can do as BTShop are being late to pay up for all, and just to be patient.
Thus, don't rely on getting cashback when making a purchase with them because it will take a very long time, if indeed it arrives at all.

P&P was supposed to be free and then it showed a charge at checkout. The process of ordering and updates were otherwise good, so it gets two stars just for that. I wouldn't order from there again though (although it looks like the website has now been changed to be less misleading). Still waiting for the cashback to be paid on a purchase made several months ago, so quite slow really.

Scammers. Score should be zero
Ordered the pixel 8 pro to get the £300 cashback. They declined my card. I updated card. They emailed to say all now ok. But then cancelled the order again with no email to me. Won't reinstate my order so cashback now gone. Absolute gangsters. Poor also from Top cashback. Once I informed them of the issue they removed the pending cashback. No interest in helping me fight my case. Never again

Bought a computer for £2k and still not tracked after 11months and still not resoleved by tcb. Would avoid shopping via this merchant if you are expecting cashback.

I had receipt for transaction but BT refused to pay. Dishonest company and spineless support for its customers by TCB. Happens way to often over past few years. Think it’s time to jump ship to another cash back website.

Ordered a harddrive while they were on offer matching Amazons Prime Day Deals. As soon as Amazons deal was over BT Store cancelled my order and told me if I want the product I must pay 30% extra. AVOID these BAIT & SWITCH tactics.

Tracked and paid out only half of the cashback. Raised a query with Topcashback who tried for two and half years. It would appear BT Shop can choose to pay cashback on half the transaction only and not provide a reason.

Two orders from BT shop over 11 months & each time cash back didn't track and then was rejected for no good reason. Don't expect to get anything as mentioned in numerous other reviews. Won't bother to buy from again.
