I shouldn't complain as I would purchase products from ebay even if TCB didn't exist. But, the cashback on some items is very very low and the time it takes to become payable is vey long.
Otherwise great service.

Not 40% of the final value fees as you would expect more like 20%, Ebay final value fees on auction are 10% so you should expect just under half of that back, but you wont get it. Still good if you use ebay a lot but they should be honest.

Nearly always tracks and on the odd occassion that is doesn't I've submitted a claim to TCB and it's appeared quickly. As I'm the only one!!!! in the family who knows how to use Ebay(!!!!) I see this cashback as my commission and it's amazing just how quickly all those small pennies tot up to a sizeable amount.
