Mostly tracks ok - sometimes it doesn't - so I make a note of all my E-bay purchases, and report any "Missed" after 14 days - whereupon I usually get the cashback (eventually).
Pretty good.

i am an ebay freak and am always purchasing on there... even just a few pence cashback tops up the account balance. ebay could afford to do it on 10% of winning price easily but what they give is better than nothing. Ebay's customer service is line is second to none. only every had a few problems in over 5 years but ebay is always very friendly and eager to help you out & resolve your issues you have with the seller. think ill always be using ebay. keep up the good work EBAY!!! x

someone started to register my email account with ebay without my consent
but did not complete so i have a user id but no clue of a password and ebay will not let me change anything i cannot use ebay so no cash back for me
