The Ebay/Topcashback system needs serious investigation as nothing tracks anymore. I've had to put in around 10 claims against Ebay this last month & as seen on the Topcashback forum, I'm not alone in this respect....

It's hard to comment on the quality of services and products from ebay - they're generally good, but it's the sellers who're of variable quality.

I had been recommended to use topcashback several times in the past but....
However, decided to try it out and even though I am watching the pennies - I have made some pennies back over a short time.
Better listen to friends advice in the future but now am so glad I go through topcash back when I am looking for something.

For small purchases go thru ebay, if its a more expensive purchase, check if there is a direct website and go thru that. i.e. eBuyer with give you £8 cashback on the same transaction that ebay will give you £0.50

I have used ebay via topcashback a lot and I have to say the service is excellent. One of my transactions didn't track and it was a high amount so I was disappointed - having raised a claim via topcashback ebay rectified the issue and gave me my cashback. Happy days.
So generally everything tracks fine but on the small occasion it doesn't I am pleased to say ebay rectify the issue.

really poor to be honest I have 25 untracked claims that I'm waiting to be investigated. Was working fine for the 1st month but now nothing.
Haven't changed anything in my setting and when you test track it says it's working fine
Really disappointed to be honest

EBay is what it is, it's not their fault if the vendors cause problems, but as an online market place it is great. Their cashback is super and always tracks quickly, and they are one of the fastest to payout too. No problems at all, well done!
