As a regular purchaser on eBay, it's disappointing to find that recently, almost every purchase has failed to track. Submitting a manual claim does usually succeed - eventually.

When I first started using Ebay through topcashback the transactions were completely reliable. However recently I have found that sometimes the transactions track and sometimes they don't.

Ebay is the "bee's knees" for buying and selling, could offer a better/different form of cashback. (40% sounds a lot but it amounts to coppers) I suppose every little helps!
