Ebay should post a list of all sub categorys of electronics on which they pay out. But when you have a Monopoly on this sector of E commerce. Requests from the masses that put these guys where they are today, do not appply. I hope anyone including myself who have pending cashback in the categorys no longer included will get paid. Now where is my oxygen tank while I hold my breath.....

I regularly buy small things (computer games, printer cartridges, etc) off ebay, I love it, the prices are good and the ease of use is great. TCB on top is icing on the cake. The cashback amount's aren't large for small purchases but it all helps and ebay has to date been a very reliable tracker for me with hardly ever needing to raise a claim (unlike some merchants that *never* track). And now we have the cashback amount reduced from 40% to 30%. Hardly surprising I guess but what is more frustrating is the reduced set of categories cashback is now awarded on. The cashback details are not clear, if I buy a printer cartridge which is a sub-sub-sub-category of Electronics will it track and pay or not? Not clear, will have to see. I suspect this is the beginning of the end of cashback from ebay. It's always been an easy way of getting free money back on things I was buying from ebay anyway so not surprising it is being cut back. Quidco has the same limited categories for cashback now I notice so it must be a tracking network thing not something TCB has brought in.

I've been getting pennies back on each Ebay purchase as I mainly buy small items from China. It all adds up. NOW ebay have put a stop to that by just giving cashback on a few categories AND reducing the amount they pay! Ebay (& Paypal) make a fortune on their over inflated fees to the sellers & now they've reduced the small cashback for the buyers. What a bunch of cowboys!!

EBAY AWFUL !!! They have dropped their cashback from 40% to 30% and now we can't get it on most of the things we buy. ANOTHER REASON TO SHOP ELSEWHERE !! SELFISH EBAY AS USUAL !! MONEY GRABBERS !!

Well eBay used to be great &we got a 40% cashback. Now it seems I won't get anything as it's reduced the percentage &added categories that I never use. Disappointing!

Really disappointed by the drop in cashback but even more so by the introduction of categories, which is designed to make it as awkward as possible to obtain cashback. Taken together with rises in listing and PayPal fees, Ebay is showing exploitative contempt for its customers.

And suddenly the cashback percentage drops! Cant say im surprised, and by the looks of it only certain categories apply, well if their aim is to continually dissapoint theyre doing a great job - fed up of ebay now :(

Why have you changed where you can get cashback? Items I have bought today are in Collectables and therefore dont qualify for cashback. Very big shame.

To get cashback do you have to go through TCB when you place the bid for your item or when you make the payment as these can be several days apart

Didn't take long for ebay to resort to it's usuall penny pinching antics. Any ones else notice the serious reduction in CB value, down from 40% to 30% and now on specific categories and not all as it used to be. Once again eBay's greed spoils the experience.

Likewise i have also had quite a few items not track and have had to submit untracked sales of about 20 or 30 in the last couple of months. They have also just changed the cashback options from 40.4% down to 30.3% and have also only allowed certain catagories to be used. Interesting, whats peoples thoughts

Ebay used to be one of the best reasons for using Top cashback. Sadly, recently tracking has been somewhat hit and miss and wont now work at all from my ipad. Worse, I see now that cashback has reduced from 40% to 30% and is only valid on certain sales categories. Bad show, greedy ebay!!

Be careful as ebay no longer pay cashback on purchases in all catergories.

Recent change in cashback percentage as well as categories. Why?! So now if I purchase fragrances I won't qualify for cashback as it is not under any category?

This used to be a really good cashback method. However the rate has now dropped and is only available for certain categories and you have to select the correct one for it to work. It used to work well when you had one link for all. I will now be looking elsewhere for purchases other than ebay as the pull of the extra cashback for many categories have now gone.

Oh dear, don't like the new 2012 arrangement. Cashback is only available on certain categories and you have to click on that category from Topcashback to get the savings. NOT a good scheme.
