I am very disappointed with ebay for restricting the cash back to only four categories. I am going to get nectar points for ebay purchases from now on.

Does the new Cashback method mean that I cannot get cashback on cosmetics etc? I have used ebay topcashback for ages and it has been great. VERY DISAPPOINTED if I can no longer use it for purchases outwith the 4 categories.

I have found Ebay to always complete cash back within a short time. So far I have had no problems with them.
I have had no need to contact their Customer Services.

Still waiting for cashback on items bought one or more years ago, Ebay now stopped offering money back on all items...another merchant making it difficult or impossible to get cashback.

My overall experience with ebay was as I had expected. Cashback tracked immediately after my purchase and became payable on the estimated payable date. I would certainly use this merchant again & I would reccommend them. Thank you TopCashBack.

Yet again Ebay's greed has taken over other priorities, not only are their fees at an all timer high rate for selling, but they are now reducing the cashback level AGAIN that we can get when we purchase.....50 to 40 and now down to 30. And seeing as it is only on the final value fees the amount of money back is minimal in any case.....they say pennies make pounds....but they also say time and effort costs money....
disappointing.

cashback itself is great way to get a refund from sellers, do find alot of merchants too low percentages for useing cashback.
But pleased with cashback and hope to deal soon with more bargins brought through Ebay ect.

I definately do not like the new ebay cashback rules, what a ruddy faff.
I tend to buy several items at once across categories, I do not want to spend half the night collating items bepore making a series of purchases.
Bring back the old 1 lot for ebay setting.
(off to have a sulk)

Very limited cashback oppotunities now... already purchased outside of ebay where cashback was offered and purchase same price. Ebay will lose by not offering cashback on everything now.

WARNING! Ebay now only pays on a few specific categories of items.
Don't be conned by their advertising on Top Cash Back, suggesting you will get some decent money back, as you do with other merchants.
This is especially galling when you consider sellers lose, on average, 20% of their sale to ebay's listing fees, final valuation fees and Paypal fees (NB Paypal IS ebay).
Ebay USED to be a good site, but their greed will be their demise. I now use other auction sites.
