Purchased a pair of golf shoes yesterday through the Ebay offer with 35.35% cashback when purchased through Ebay Fashion which included clothes and shoes etc. The purchase price was £74.00 with £6.00 postage - total £80 and I have only been given £1.98 in cashback. This is incorrect. Golf shoes are shoes and your advert for the cashback stated that shoes were included in the one day only offer. Please comment on why the incorrect cashback was given and amend my account. Thank you

Good experience. Whenever there have been problems with some suppliers, they have always been swiftly and properly dealt with.I have used e-bay regularly.

Pretty low cash back rate but the pennies soon add up. Seems to track quickly enough and pay out on or around the expected date. Can't really complain as I'd use eBay anyway so anything back is a bonus.

Reliable cashback, it may not be a high amount, but tracks quickly and is paid out roughly within the guidelines/statistics shown by topcashback (if not by the date quoted, usually within a few days of that date).
