purchases track ok but then NONE of them have ever been paid I always click through topcashback and granted a lot of the things i buy are baby items which doesnt offer cashback, but I have bought plenty of things in categories that do have cashback and these track and then go to 0.00 when they reach the payment column !

All's well when buying something and it arrives in good working order; however, when a product is purchased which isn't fit for purpose (the same as when a selling transaction doesn't go well)then it's a totally different ball-game.
Ebay's due care of it's purchasing members is, on occasions NOT fit for purpose. Likewise, when an item is purchased and is faulty, the system for obtaining a refund is just not good enough and I have subsequently lost out. When selling and when buying through Ebay.

Overall over a time tracking/payments have be very good but in the last few months there has been many trackings going a miss and then faced with frequent form filling to chase up this merchant... Maybe just my experience but tracking is slow and a lot not tracked at all recently.....

Used to track really well and the pennies soon added up. However for the last 4 months or so NOTHING has tracked. After trying to claim back a few times I'm finding it a bit of a hassle so don't think I'll be using them for cash back......
